ADHESIVES

3M™ Tape Primer 94 can be used to improve the overall adhesion of tape, film and vinyl graphics to polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, PET/PBT blends, concrete, wood, glass, metal and painted metal surfaces. This primer helps to significantly improve initial and ultimate adhesion to many materials such as plastics and paints because of their low surface energy or the additives they may contain. A primer creates a new surface for 3M™ VHB™ Tape to adhere to, and can also create a layer that may impede the migration of additives that may be present in a material.

Dural G-2412 is a fast drying case and carton sealing adhesive. Features excellent machinability and fast drying. Recommended for wheel, roller or extrusion applicators.

NuFlex® 458 All Weather Subfloor Adhesive is the professional’s choice for subfloor installations and general plywood use. It is ideal for particleboard, OSB and engineered lumber as well as wet, frozen and treated lumber. It offers a strong initial tack, provides superior strength and remains permanently flexible. It reduces the amount of nailing, increases floor rigidity and helps eliminate floor squeaks.

NuFlex® 456 Heavy Duty Adhesive is a versatile, low VOC professional strength adhesive that exceeds the APA’s AFG-01 specification. This adhesive is suitable for a wide range of construction applications. Typically used for adhering large panel-type substrates to most common construction materials, glue assist for flooring installations and reducing floor squeaks by using as a subfloor adhesive.

NuFlex® 480 Premium Polyurethane Construction Adhesive is a one-component, 100% polyurethane-based, VOC compliant adhesive. It can be used for interior or exterior projects and is three times as strong as conventional solvent-based construction adhesives. The advanced formula produces a permanent overnight bond to almost any substrate in all climates.

Dural P-1029 is a vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion. Useful as a base for packaging and vinyl laminating adhesives formulations. Features excellent wet tack, fast setting and high water resistance over homopolymers emulsions.

3M™ Polyurethane Multi-Purpose Adhesive 5010 is a fast grabbing, 100% solids, one-part polyurethane based moisture curing adhesive for bonding a wide range of materials. Used for bonding of hardwood to many substrates including polystyrene. Excellent water resistance for outdoor usage.

LOCTITE® Industrial Power Grab® is a premium quality, high strength, gap-filling adhesive for both indoor and outdoor projects. It has an extremely high tack, which eliminates the need for nails and screws in many repair jobs. The adhesive is weather resistant, paintable, has a very low odour, and requires only soap and water to clean up making the product safe, easy to use and environmentally friendly. Typical applications include bonding wood, plywood, pressure-treated lumber, aluminum, cork, foam board, ceramics, plaster, brick, concrete, chip board, PVC (rigid plastic), polystyrene and polyurethane foam covings. Ideal for bonding of wood decking to joists, fencing and siding.

Dural G-2312 is a polyvinyl acetate emulsion based adhesive. Features a quick bond set up and excellent wet tack. This adhesive dries clear and typically used for glue lap, paper lamination, roll wrapping and miscellaneous paper application.

Dural G-3122 is a medium viscosity synthetic water based adhesive specially designed for high speed case and carton packaging application. Bonds to difficult to bond substrates and used for glue lap and carton sealing.

Dural G-3273 is a a synthetic water based adhesive specially designed for laminating and glue up cardboard paper. It is designed as a product for high speed roll coat and other application methods. Recommended for roller or extrusion applicators.

TEROSON® MS 939 is a black, white or grey, 1-part, low modulus, flexible, odorless modified silane polymer adhesive used for elastic sealing. It cures to an elastomeric thermoset product resistant to UV. It is sag-resistant leading to high initial tack. It is non-corrosive and free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC.

TEROSON® MS 5510 CL is a clear, transparent, high strength, high elongation, modified silane polymer adhesive paste used for elastic bonding and sealing. It cures to an elastomeric thermoset product, is sag resistant and has a high initial tack. It is non-corrosive, free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC and is odorless. It has good adhesion to various substrates.

3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant 550 is a fast curing, one component, moisture curing product which forms permanent elastic bonds. They bond to a wide variety of materials including plastics, metals, fibreglass, and wood. Provides excellent adhesion to concrete, wood, aluminum, most lacquered metals, polyester, glass, stone, and many other substrates.

3M™ Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant 540 is an all-purpose, single-component, moisture-curing, gap-filling polyurethane adhesive that creates permanently elastic seals and bonds in a wide variety of service environments. Used to bond a wide variety of materials, including plastics, fibreglass reinforced plastic (FRP), sheet molding compound (SMC), aluminum, steel, coated metal and wood. It exhibits high tensile strength, good UV resistance, low Shore A hardness and low modulus to maintain its functionality in a wide range of extreme service environments. Will perform in temperatures ranging from 40°F/ 40°C to 194°F/90°C. Once skin forms (60 90 minutes), the sealant can be painted to improve the final finish.

3M™ Industrial Cleaners and Adhesive Removers Low VOC <20% are ideal for helping dissolve and remove dirt, grease, tar, and many non-curing type adhesives. LOCTITE® LB 8014 is a white, metal-free, food grade lubricant and anti-seize made from white oil and extreme pressure (EP) additives. It prevents friction, seizing and galling in stainless steel and other metal parts. It is temperature resistant to +400°C, has a 0 NLGI grade and is H1 NSF Registered; No: 123004.

LOCTITE® LB 8150 is anti-seize lubricant paste fortified with graphite and extreme pressure (EP) additives. It is a silver, aluminum, petroleum-based lubricant and is inert and won't evaporate or harden in extreme heat or cold. It can tolerate high temperatures to +900°C and is suitable for assemblies where such temperatures are possible.
